Shipping policy
Lavish Blends (“we” and “us”) operates the Lavish Blends website (www.lavishblends.com). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, protecting both sides and setting clear expectations for our service.
1. Shipping Costs
We charge the following rates for UK delivery:

Royal Mail 48 - Under 2kg (Including packaging): £4.05

Royal Mail 48 - Over 2kg (Including packaging): £7.50

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £60
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., postal delays, adverse weather), delivery may take longer.
2.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays when our roastery and warehouse are closed. In such cases, we take steps to keep delays to a minimum.
Please note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates. This helps us get your products to you as quickly as possible.
2.3 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to amend the address.
2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
2.5 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly. You may choose a replacement, receive a refund for that item, or have the rest of your order shipped as normal.
2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
3. Dispatch Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation please allow up to 3 working days from this email before contacting us.
4. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:

If possible, reject the parcel with the courier and notify us immediately.

If it was delivered in your absence, please take photos of the damage and contact us for the next steps.
5. Cancellations
We can accept cancellations if your order has not yet been dispatched. If it has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
6.1 Damaged in Transit
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the courier has completed their investigation.
6.2 Lost in Transit
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
